How We Operate

Eye Candy Customs does not accept walk-in customers. Potential clients must submit photos of their vehicle and ideas about their project through the REQUEST FORM.  Just click the link to get started. After evaluating the project, the owner will contact those wanting vehicle graphics to schedule an appointment for a consultation to include survey photos and measurements of the vehicle.

 

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule a consultation. If the consultation leads to an appointment, the deposit will go toward the order total. If the project does not move forward or the potential customer does not keep their consultation appointment, Eye Candy Customs will retain the deposit to pay for the consultation slot. All card payments will incur a (4%) card processing fee.

 

While one might see the words “by appointment only” and think of us as self-serving, standoffish, or snooty, we want them  to know we are anything but. In fact, being “by appointment only” makes us about as flexible and willing to work with the client as it gets! Not only does that mean we can schedule an appointment at literally any time during the week, but it also shows we will set aside time for you and only you. You will be our focus during your appointment. After all, we want you to come in when you are available rather than having to take up your lunch break or rush over after work and we aren't here. There will be no waiting when you arrive, and when you are here, there will be no surprise walk-ins and no distracting phone calls.
